You should plan to remove all personal property you want to keep, as well as photographs and paper work you wish to retain.

You must have the legal authority to sell another person's property, either by having power of attorney or by being appointed as the personal representative of an estate.

You will need to dispose of perishable items.

Please leave on electricity and water for the convenience and comfort of your sales personnel. If you are selling TV's, either leave an antenna or leave the cable on. If you are selling a VCR, please leave one VCR tape.

While no one expects a home having an estate sale to be spic and span, a moderate level of cleanliness will help sell the personal property. We will arrange for a cleaning service if needed and requested, and such fees will be deducted at the time of settlement.
