Julie McClure is an appraiser of antiques, furniture, decorative arts and other personal property, and conducts more than 60 household and estate sales each year.
She has excelled in the appraisal profession for over 25 years and managed houshold and estate sales for 30 years.
Ms. McClure takes pride in having achieved outstanding credentials within the field. She is a senior member of the Appraisers Association of America and a frequent lecturer at appraisers' national conferences and at museums and community events.
Ms. McClure extends her knowledge of antiques and personal property with more than 500 reference books, an extensive periodical collection, specialty journals, Sotheby, Christie's and regional auction house catalogs and internet research and sales.
Her company is active along the Gulf coast from the Tampa Bay area southward to Naples and operates from a base in Bradenton. She is a member of the Appraisers Association of America, Sarasota-Manatee Antique Dealers Association and the Manatee County Chamber of Commerce.
